Our story
Allante LLC Leadership Management was birthed out of a need to reach back and lift up under privileged and under resourced youth, and returning citizens, who lack the resources and structure to thrive in a ever evolving, fast paced society and world, where compassion and empathy has faded away. It is out of the founder (Antonio Lightfoot) story that the belief in reaching back is not in vain, but is required of light leading men and women who dare to go against the 'Every man/woman for the themselves' mentality, to the "If you are willing, here is a hand' Mentality.

While the need that Allante LLC Leadership Management is addressing is as old as humanity, we are a new company with bold approaches to tackling this humanitarian problem. It is with deep experience with interactions with disadvantaged youth and returning citizens that the founders experience comes to life in putting together the right program and people to accomplish the vision and mission, to transform peoples lives.
